Live your life instead of just spending

Enjoy Living your life
We usually take almost everything for granted in the life. And by doing so, We are just 'Spending' our lives like that, not 'Living' it. This is complete injustice we are doing to ourselves. 


Spending Vs. Living


Spending a life is nothing but taking everything that we come across, as granted.To simplify it, I can say, to live life without any specific goal or to emphasis more on the unwanted or unexpected situations more then our actual goals in life. 

Any situation that comes in our life or (on the way to our goal), has to be tackled very much carefully every time. Now, think are we doing the same? The answer is: NO for most of us. This is a normal human tendency or thought process.

Now, on other hand, Living a life suggests to make the most out of it. Meaning, whatever the situation we come across (rather it is positive, good, expected or it is negative or unexpected ), we just need to accept that and go ahead with that in positive direction only towards our goals. By doing it, we simply ignore every unwanted situations, that we come across, and emphasis more on our actual goals. And as the result, you will go faster and faster towards your goals.

Remember, there is no other life we have (in bank or anywhere else). So, we have to make the most out of it. And we only can do it just by changing our approach towards it.

This universe gives everything in abundance which is equal for everyone regardless of the gender or religion or anything else. It's up to us, how we want our life. 

We have to choose from what we actually need in life and what we never wish to have in our life. 

Make your choice wisely and live the life at it's fullest. you will gradually come to know that you started getting everything as you ever wanted.

Whenever we make our goal, at the same time, we also start developing doubts for the same thing.

It's a human tendency to focus more and more on the negative outcomes, that, according to them, might going to happen.


You need to make a goal and stick to the path towards it blindly, regardless of any unexpected things, that comes on your way.

Just keep on thinking about your goal and try to live your goal rather thinking again and again about the hurdles that you might come across on the way towards your goal.

That will surely work for you.

If you check in the history, then you will come to know the fact that everyone whom you consider 'successful' didn't know anything else then their actual GOAL and that was "To Be Successful". and nothing else.

Most of us, most of the time usually keep on thinking everything else then our actual Goals or Desires, like those unwanted or thoughtful thing or situations, which, according to you, may harm your goal achievement process. 

We usually become afraid of the things those, according to us, may interrupt us on the way towards our desires or goals. And as the result, again we are focusing on those things or situations more, which we never wish to have in our path towards our goal.

What to do to make the path smooth?

  • Just make your goal as big as you can, 
  • decide the most appropriate path (Or approach) to achieve that goal. 
  • then start walking on the same path without taking care of anything else with lots of lots of confidence and belief on yourself.  
  • If you find any situation or anything that you never thought of (you can call it 'Unexpected situation'), just accept it as it is and still keep on going ahead on your desired path as you only decided. 
  • By doing this, you will find that almost magically, everything will turn in your favor and in one or other way, you will surely find the way to reach your desire (or achieve your goal) very smoothly.


This is not any kind of magic or anything related to spirituality as well. This is the simple way in which your subconscious takes your thoughts as commands and blindly execute them for you and as the result you experience the same things happen with you, which you have repeatedly thought of (whether they are about your goals or they are about the so called hurdles or unexpected situations you have come across.) Thus, If you have thought of those hurdles repeatedly, then simply they will be attracted in your life and not your actual GOALS. And as the result, you will not be able to achieve your goal, as simple as that.

Keep going on your path regardless of anything (unwanted situations which you consider as 'Hurdles'), and feel the magic yourself.

The Law of attraction states that 'your thoughts attract the things or events into your life directly from the abundance of the universe'. 

According to Law of Attraction, whatever we think, in turns, knowingly or unknowingly, we are attracting towards US or our life.

Our subconscious mind is actually a dumb servant, you can assume that. Whatever you are thinking (Whether it is positive or negative thought), our subconscious takes it as the "Command" and blindly transmit the power out of it (what is known as 'Vibes') with some sort of frequency (and this frequency is generally depends upon the intensity of our thoughts) and with the same frequency, it attracts the same thing for us what we had thought about.

As per the science, almost 64000 thoughts a normal person passes through out a single day. And it's really next to impossible to take care of all of them, that's as simple as that.

Now, in practical scenario, if we notice, then it's a human tendency to think negative things first in most of the times. Like, "What if i loose this...?, What if my debt is not paid in time....?, what if i will be late...?". In these thoughts, what we thought of (loss, debt and late...) are all the negative things, or the things we never wish to happen in our life. but we still concentrate more on those things only. As the result, it happens in our life. That means, lose, debt and late are the things you (your subconscious) have attracted in your life unknowingly.Law of attraction works always. Whether you believe it or not, regardless of time, location, religion or any materialistic thing, it keeps on working for you. 

So, just get rid of the negative thoughts from your mind and let the Law works for you in positive direction. Stop thinking those things or events or happenings, what you never wish to be there in your life. Start thinking only those things whatever you want badly in your life and allow your subconscious mind to attract that for you in your life.

Six Ways to be Positive in Any Situation

Make the most of Life

Modify Your Thoughts Be conscious of your thoughts. Especially, when life just isn't going the way you want it. The moment you see that you are diving into frustration, agony, sorrow and low self-esteem – simply change or modify your thoughts, by thinking about something completely unrelated. This will break the pattern of self-pity, mind-created stories, and negative downwards into your mind. What makes us different from other mammals (animals) is our ability to control our thoughts and think for ourselves at least.


Learn the Lesson – There is a lesson to be learned from every situation. No matter how unfortunate the situation may appear, simply recognize the beautiful lessons from each situation coming in your way. It is much likely that many a time lessons are expensive, but remember that every problem is a learning opportunity and one must learn from it. You may have made a mistake, but now you can understand and accept it and continue, knowing that you will act in the different (i.e. positive) way to tackle that particular situation. Understand this and be appreciative and adaptive for the experience.

Attitude Matters – You cannot be both angry and grateful at the same time. At such situation, start counting the blessings and miracles in your life so far. You will find more and more as you start thinking of such nice moments in your life. Provided, you can be completely positive while thinking about this in the worst situation or worst time you are going through. Just think of and realize how lucky you are and all the abundance in your life.


Positive Affirmations & Visualization – Practice seeing yourself in a positive and confident light. Do this whenever you have a few minutes (examples; Waiting for a friend, sitting on the bus, riding an elevator.) Self-affirmations (list of positive statements about yourself and your self-image) are another simple and powerful tool to train your subconscious to see yourself in a positive light. This is important, as many of us can be so hard on ourselves though social conditioning. I am guilty of being extra tough on myself, but have learned over time to recognize my gifts rather than finding false and self-imposed inadequacies and inabilities.



Inventory of Memories – Keep an inventory (collection) of memories that can immediately make you smile. Occasions where you felt happy, appreciative and cheerful, when you were at peace with the world. Whenever you are in a negative frame of mind, consciously and deliberately pick up any leaf out of this inventory and dwell on it. Recalling and enjoying those happy moments just by thinking of them gives a balanced perspective to your situation. You realize that what appears negative today will change tomorrow. Nothing stays the same.

Stop Criticizing – Change your approach and attitude towards other beings. See if you can stop criticizing others and situations. Our cultural conditioning teaches us to find flaws and problems at all times. Change your mind from fault-finding to appreciation-finding. It will give you great pleasure as you are getting only positive vibes from the universe while you are thinking like this (i.e. in the positive light).


The fact is that whether you are positive or negative, the situation does not change. So, why not to be positive in every situations of our life? It might be hard and unrealistic while somebody is thinking it practically, but I will suggest at least try for that once in life, and I bet you on this, you will never even think to stop thinking Positive.

Being a negative thinker is very unhealthy as it lowers your self-esteem and bad for your morale. It drains your energy rapidly and causes you to lose focus. To stop being a negative thinker, you have to change your thoughts pattern.

1. The First tip to being positive is to look after your body and mind. To ensure that you are in a good shape, eat well, exercise regularly, sleep well and spend time with your family. A relaxed and healthy body is a natural attractant for positive energy.
2. Reject and delete any negative thoughts that flashed through your mind. Researchers found out that an average person has about 60 000 thoughts being flashed through his mind on a single day. Why should anyone cling onto a negative thought? Make a conscious decision, and do your best to rid of any negative thoughts.

3. Hug your loved ones. By hugging, it increases your self-esteem. It makes you feel comfortable and loved. Move past a cold and sturdy handshake, and hug someone you really love and care for.

4. Positive Vibes: Make sure that you surround yourself with happy, cheerful people. Avoid friends who think poorly of themselves. This way your mind will always pick up positive vibes.

5. Be Grateful: On a piece of paper, write down all the things that you are happy and grateful for. They can be your friends, your colleagues and your family. After you are done with the writing, paste the list somewhere it is conspicuous so that you can see it every day. This will remind you of all the things you are grateful for and not take the things you have now for granted. Most importantly, it keeps you happy too.

6. Respect your Self-esteem: Get out of the habit of fixing labels to people and situations. Don't say "I always knew it" "I always said so" "She never cared for me" "You have always used me”, etc. Such negative thoughts put you on a negative footing. They also lower your self-esteem.

7. Do not ever be afraid to speak up. You will never gain confidence if you do. You do not need to bother what others might view you as if you speak up as you are living your own life, not others. Opportunities may slip away if you remain silent.

8. Don't think of the negative stuff when something happened. When your boss asks for you, don't think of him reprimanding you or giving you a sack. Life is unpredictable; he may want to give you a raise in salary for your excellent performance.

9. Extend a helping hand to those in need. You can read a story to your neighbor's mother who is crippled and can't move; or you may go out and trim the garden of an orphanage on a weekend you are free. You will find that these small gestures have a wonderful way of generating positive energy. They make you feel warm, energetic and wanted.

10. Control your negative thoughts: There may be times when you find it impossible to get rid of negative thoughts. In such situations you should go out of your house for a walk or a jog. You can even go to the gym and do some light exercises. Such activity takes your mind off the negative thoughts.

Goals Vs. Obstacles.

Goals
GOALS? Those desires of your life which you want it badly enough

Obstacles:? Those stages or events or experiences on the way towards your goals, on which, you feel that something is going not right, or your goals seem to keep on going far from your reach, or something you feel that is bounding you to to go and achieve your goals.

Whenever we make goals (Short term or long term), in the very early stage, always we tend to be so much desperate to achieve them with all the energy, confidence and the positive approach. But, on some point, when something comes into our path, which was not planned, or not thought of (by us), we simply think that it's an 'OBSTACLE', which is bounding us and doesn't really help to go towards our goals.

Actually, according to me, they are not obstacles, but only the unplanned or unknown situations, that come into our path. Take it easy !!!

Have you ever realized that when you come across these so called "Obstacles"? It happens when you are taking your focus OFF your goals and emphasis more on those unwanted or unplanned events or situations. it's as simple as that.

Just focus more on your own GOALS, rather to focus on the so called "Obstacles"... 

Just change the way you think and fulfill your GOALS.

Failure can be your biggest Teacher
Whenever we come across any negative situation in life, we usually start thinking negative only about the same thing. Like, " Why am I only going through all this?" , "Why I failed?" and many more.
We simply start complaining about all the negative things that have happened with us. But, we need to take that simply in positive manner. 
Rather thinking negative about all unwanted things or events or experiences in our life, if we learn to find out a single positive thing out of it, our life can be magically changed.
