Goals Vs Wish



Most of us, if asked, would say, Yes we know what’s the goal. But, it’s not at all true.

Most of us believe that whatever we want in our life, is/are our goal. But, there we are wrong partially.  Those are called “Desires” or “Wishes” not the actual goal.

Actual definition of GOAL would be: 

“Goal is a plan to achieve all of our desires / Wishes.”   ---K’ Tool …

A very famous quote says: A GOAL WITHOUT A PLAN IS A SIMPLE WISH ONLY.

Now as we all know what’s the meaning of Goal in life in any context, how many of us now will agree that we don’t at all have any goal in life??? Weird question? But, believe me, we are simply misinterpreting the definition of “GOAL” that’s it. Because, if we analyze and think about our current activities / work pattern in which we are living our lives, then we can clearly see, that we are just going behind things which we need to / we have to do. And it’s a biggest mistake of the life, according to me. Because, that we are doing because we are bound to do it. But, we are not thinking or rather not doing anything for our any of “WISHES”, “DESIRES”.  

In the back of the mind, everyone knows that what he/she wants in life, or what he / she wants to see his/her self in near/long future. But, that’s just a wish. Think on that. What actually you are doing to fulfill your desires in life? Any desire of yours – be it non-materialistic wish.

A simple thing I am saying is: “One must should have a goal in life”. Regardless of short term or long term goal. Otherwise, what’s the difference between us and a dumb animal?

NOTHING, Simple!!!

Goal should be anything, any wish.

For example, your ultimate goal you have set for you / your life is:
You want to set up a business.
Now, if you continue ONLY doing what you are currently doing, then that so called goal will be always a wish for you. Simple. You need to push yourself and along with your current activities you need to plan something to reach your actual goal. You need to think and work hard. You need to come out of you comfort zone to find different possible ways which can take you nearer to your actual Goals in life.

Three Most important points you need to keep in your mind:

1.     Build a Goal for you.
a.    Goal should be out of reach but not out of sight.
b.    It should seem to be so much hard to achieve. Because, if you know at the start only that what you need to do to achieve, then GOAL is not big enough.
c.    Plan properly and design your own way to reach and achieve your goals.
2.     Believe in yourself and your goals.
a.    Initially, goal should be like anybody can laugh at. Don’t worry, it’s a sign of a powerful goal you have set.
b.    Just because someone is not believing your goals, don’t at all question your capabilities.
                                          i.    Because, if you can think about that much big goal, it’s definitely possible for you to find ways to reach there and achieve it. It’s straight.
3.     Never change your goal in between
a.    Because of some setbacks on the way, don’t at all change your goal.
b.    Rather, try to change your way.

c.    If you can’t believe your goals, then you can’t achieve them that’s the fact.

"REAL" meaning of Positivity


Positivity - What's the Meaning?

"Frequently Spoken and Heard word in today's world." Isn't it?

What's the definition you know of this word? 

I can bet, almost 99% of us will claim that we actually know what it is and would describe as follows:
  • Positivity is ignoring all the negative thoughts that we have. 
  • Positivity is being OPTIMISTIC.
  • Positivity is thinking more on what we have as if we've already got that.... bla bla bla... 
  • Positivity works magically, if we follow and practice it without thinking or concentrating on the negative thoughts/possibilities.
Correct?
I am sure, most of you have thought of these answers. And I would not say they are wrong completely. It's right only but Partially. NOT FULLY. I would rather call your definition of "Positivity" as "Wishful Thinking" (Meaning imaginary thinking of what you actually want in your life). Which can be at times possibly very far from the reality.  !!! Be cautious !!! Because this wishful thinking what you consider as "positivity" could be more dangerous than Negativity.

Let me put it other way. Let me tell you what "Positivity" is NOT:
  • Positivity is not just to think positive and simply ignore all the possible negative things in life.
    • In this case, where's the REALITY? Where's the logic?
  • Positivity is not only being OPTIMISTIC in all the case.
    • Being optimistic is really a very positive and good thought process, but not ignoring the practical scenario. Think over again if you are practicing such Optimism. 
  • Positivity is not only focusing on what you want in life, but also considering the probable situational risks on the way of your goal / desires. Also focusing more on the ways to overcome those risks. I would say, this is the actual positive approach.
  • Positivity is not at all a magic. You need to understand this clearly. Nothing happens without an actual effort for it. Nothing happens overnight.
Let me give you an example:

If you are going for a job interview. What all the thoughts you will have at that time if you are practicing that "Positivity" (rather wishful thinking)???
  • I will get that job definitely. This confidence is required but not only this is required that's my point.
  • I will convince the interviewer because, I am visualizing that I have already got the job. I will attract that job for me, because I have that power of positivity.
These all are your wishes and not actually, you are doing anything for this. Perhaps, you (like most of others) are thinking that, being positive and not at all thinking negative sides, will be the right positive approach. But which is really not true at all logically / practically. 

Rather, you should have more focus on 
  • "Why company/interviewer will hire me for this job while there are 100 applicants for the same position?" 
  • "What I have different in me then all others?"
  • "What I can show as value addition for them?" 

And should have put more efforts on those things to fine tune yourself for that job interview. This way, you can surely stand different than all others.

What's the point in putting 100% to prepare for a job interview? Instead, just research about the company/position you are applying for how much you can. And be prepared to just show your related knowledge during the interview. Upon this, you can keep the attitude like: "I have tried my hard researching about the company and position what I am going to give an interview: now if I get the job, It will be good for both - Me & Company :), and if I don't get the job, it's okay !!! Something even bigger is planned for me !!! Cheers !!!" If you have this much at least, you surely won't have to struggle to convince the interviewer. Because, that confidence only will speak for you.  And that 100% efforts you can put in your work after getting that job. What Say? 

Think differently to be different, it's as simple as that.

Being positive is the most powerful thing; but if it's interpreted wrongly, it can be the most dangerous thing for your coming life.

Change your perceptions / prejudices / bound thoughts for anything in life start going with the flow and focusing more on your desires/goals and ways to achieve them, you will definitely find the way towards all the goals and desires you have.

Have an actual POSITIVE life...

Life is all about Perceptions



What is the Problems according to you ? 

I would say... it's not a problem, but an unexpected situation or phenomenon for which we never thought of. The fact is, whenever we encounter such situation in life, 99% is the case, when we see it as a "PROBLEM". Or something that stop you going towards your goal.

Now, just think about the successful people !!! They too must have started to think of their goals and started working on them to achieve it. What do you think? Never they would have encountered such unexpected or unwanted situations in their life? It's quite normal to have it. But, the only difference is : THEY KNEW HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH SITUATIONS.

What I am trying to say is: "Life is all about the perceptions of the individual"

Meaning, Life and situations(Or so called Problems) are same for one and all. The success only depends on how we deal with them. 

"Failure is not the OPPOSITE of Success, it's a part of the success story"...K'tool

In my previous post, I explained F E A R . It's all up to us only how we are dealing with it. 

So what if we fail achieving what we want in life for 100 times. It's simple, that we found 100 ways by which our goals can't be achieved. It's all about our perception of dealing with those 100 tries. Take it as new learning rather than failure. Try to think this way.

Always focus more on what we want in life, what's our goals and desires. But, the fact is most of us, are focusing more and more about the things which in fact we don't wish ever to have in our life and as a result dwelling more and more into those UNWANTED situations and being negative about the goals and whole life.

Try to change your mindset or thought process and perceptions a little bit... Make it your habit of thinking positive and finding a single bit of positivity in each situation, You can see the most POSITIVE transformation of your life... for Sure !!!

Have a Meaningful Life... !!!

F E A R

F. E. A. R. 



Generally, Everyone of us, is having at least one "FEAR" in life. It's very normal. If somebody says, he/she doesn't has any kind of FEAR, then he/she is lying that's simple. :-)

What is FEAR in general? Actually, for most of us, the definition of FEAR is: "Forget Everything And Run". In simple words, we behave like that whenever we come across any of our FEARs of life. It's very simple to do so also. Now, Let's connect the same thing with the Universal Law of Attraction. I mean as it says, what you think repeatedly, you attract the same thing in your life, it applies to your "FEARs" too in the same way. You always think of get rid of any of your "FEARs" repeatedly. But, by doing so, you are actually, thinking more and more about your "FEARS" only. And as the result, You are attracting the same thing (i.e. your "FEARs") only in your life. And believe me, practicing the same way, you won't be able to get rid of any of them in your lifetime though you desperately want to get a very free life without any "FEAR". It will be really next to impossible.

Then, What is the solution? As I always say, you are the creator of your own life. You can definitely define and design your life as you want. So, how to come out of all of your "FEARs" and get a free life?

It's quite simple, in fact, YES it is!!! 

Define "FEAR" as "Face Everything And Recover". :-) ,  And try to implement in your day to day life as well. I mean whenever you come across any of your "FEAR", You just face is very strongly having the belief in yourself and being confident and recover from it. In simple words, try to change your way of reacting. The sure thing is, You will definitely find the ways almost magically to face it and find some positive solutions in such situation. And here also only the universal law of attraction only works its own way to make it possible. But the most important thing is to be so much strong without thinking and being afraid of the so called "FEAR". Remember you are only the creator of your life. You are only the responsible reason of your own life. So, fact is that you can design it the way you want. REALLY !!!

Change your thought process towards the unwanted or unexpected situations, you can make your own life better, in fact, the BEST.

Let the Universe Work For You



So far, we all now know what the actual Law of Attraction (LOA) is, and how it works. Now the practical challenge is to implement it in the day to day life and get the result out of it which we are looking for. In other words, Manifestation using the Law of Attraction. In other words, getting / attracting things by implementing the LOA.

The fact is we are very much powerful manifestation machine ourselves. All of us are equally equipped with the power, by use of which along with the LOA, we can perform wonders.  But, another fact is a normal human being have near to 50-70 thousands of thoughts per day. And believe me, most of them are NEGATIVE only. So, we cannot see wonders happen all the times, we manifest LOA in our life. In simple words, always we cannot see the outcome of implementation of this Law.

First step to use this Law of Attraction is to shift to more positive way of thinking. Though, the reason many people simply give up working or implementing the Law of Attraction to their lives, is that they believe that if they start thinking positive in everything or they start taking things positively, then all their dreams will manifest (turn into reality)… This is nothing but the wrong understanding of the Law.

But, this is not TRUE at all. The LOA is not a magic wand. Since, the brain (Conscious mind) scans and stores negative experiences and thoughts in usual practice, then it does with the positive experiences and thoughts, at the end, subconscious is overfilled with unwanted (negative) stuffs. So, first step to effectively manifest using LOA in life is to empty it first and free it from all those negative, unwanted garbage. Then start building positive mental muscles by consciously, habitually and forcefully. HOW? The answer is so simple. Just by focusing more on the positive thoughts, or on those things, which you really want to be there in your life rather than focusing more on all unwanted garbage, what usually we are doing so far. You have to understand it very clearly that we all have layers and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, fears, prejudices and blocks that have become the interior and most powerful landscape of our minds and thus, they cannot be changed overnight just by starting to think positive. You have to be patient and keep practicing the same, i.e. imposing all positive, pleasant and good thoughts, things, and beliefs to your subconscious by focusing more on them.

It may sound complicated at first, but it’s not at all.

There is no magic behind this, but a simple science only of minds. By implementing daily positive practices in our lives, we will shift and raise our energetic vibrations so that we can get manifest more using LOA. Also can have faster results. If you get into the habit of using tools(nothing but pre-defined patterns of thinking and focusing more on the positives) that will insert empowering and positive thoughts into your mind, you will be surely have the good and faster result of LOA. Soon, you will experience the result. Just you need to be calm and patient and most importantly faithful to the Law.
Here are some of the habits you can develop and implement on day to day life just for a pre-determined period of time to experience the faster and visible result of using LOA.

1.      Note what you focus on

Start by simply paying attention to what you focus on. Question yourself that “Do I focus on what’s going right, what I want in life?” or “More I focus on those stuffs what I really don’t want and which I can say obstacle or challenges?” When you are working on your dreams, obstacles and challenges will surely arise unexpectedly, but at those times, you need to focus more into what you are working for (that’s your dream) rather than being upset for those obstacles. It will raise your energetic vibrations level and faster you can see that you are moving fast forward towards your dreams/goals/desires.

2.      Keep Worry List Ready

Since your subconscious easily attracts negative experiences, it is quite natural that most of the time we worry so much reason being X Y Z… it’s nothing but brain’s tendency.  Keep a worry list for at least 2 weeks. The moment you start worry (or think negative or fear for something) write it down on a paper. And simply forget it for a while. Practice this thing along with your positive thoughts and working upon your dreams. This not only will help release the heavy negative energy that often keeps us stuck, but at the end of 2 weeks, you will notice that none of those worries were actually reason to worry. Your brain will have proof that, those worries were waste of energy or blockage in your life nothing else.

3.      Spare some time with yourself and try to relax.

Now, with all the renewed mindset, you just start spending at least 10 -15 minutes two times per day. In those minutes, you just need to control your breathing. I mean this is the fine tuning process for your brain as well as whole body. This you can do just by sitting in a peaceful place for a while and start concentrating just on your breathing process. In and Out, in and out … nothing else. This will activate your nervous system and let it work with its full abilities, and produce a sense of relaxation. It’s quite required.


4.      Calm your Monkey Mind J with help of the meditation.

Many simple techniques are there to meditate which you can practice just for few minutes in a day. It helps calm our monkey mind, which is naturally biased toward negativity. Meditating doesn’t mean you stop thinking. It will only help us withdraw attention from stressful, negative patterns we’ve only create by this time in life. Apart from meditation, you also can go for a walk or do some physical activities for a while. Negative emotions get stored in our body too on a cellular level. Thus, by this exercise, you can free your body also from all these negativities and get it synced with your powerful mind.

5.      Keep a gratitude journal.

Gratitude is one of the simplest ways to raise our positive vibrations. Just need to say thanks to the universe (or any super power we believe in) for everything you feel fortunate about in life. And appreciate all our blessings. We can do this just before going to bed at night. Just think of at least one thing throughout the day, which made you happy for a while at least, and say THANKS (pay your gratitude) to the universe or GOD for the same.

6.      List out your goals and connect to your “WHY”

Writing your goals will not only help you get clear, but it will help you create inspired action steps towards your dreams. Read this list maximum time throughout the day. Connecting with your “Why” means keep on visualizing the goal being fulfilled and realizing the result of your goal. WHY YOU REALLY NEEDED THIS? When we connect with the “WHY”, we raise our vibrations and become literal magnets for attracting our dreams whatever it is people, circumstances, or achieve our goals.

7.      Start feeling like you already have now what you wanted.

Be like a kid now for a while and start feeling that you are already having what you really want in life (or you have already achieve your goal). Just start living with them. “Feeling” helps us release any doubt and negative energies toward our goals and dreams. It simply generates excitement and positive feelings towards them, which support us to take inspired actions more energetically! For example, you can go and test drive that car you want, or feel what it will be like to have the perfect partner in your life, because “FEELING” is nothing but “BELIEVING”!

Become A Powerful Magnet




You are now very much clear by understanding the law, that we are like a magnet. And we are attracting all those things or happenings in life, for what we have been thinking repeatedly. Correct?
But, Being a magnet and not changing our thought process, or the way we look at the things come in our way of life, this magnet characteristics can harm us. And in fact, normally it happens with almost 85-90% of the people who really know how this law works, still. And the reason behind this, is nothing but lots of unnecessary thoughts running and fighting actually, in the back of the mind, that is, in our subconscious.

But, we can make this law work for us to attract only positive things in our life, don’t we? The best practice to achieve this, is to control your thoughts and keep faith in this law. Yes, completely trust it. That’s it.
Let me simplify it in the engineering terms.

Do you know why one piece of steel becomes a powerful magnet while another piece is simply an ordinary lump of steel? In an ordinary lump of steel, the positive- and negative-charged atoms are going in a hodgepodge (Mixed or confused) of directions. The magnetized steel, however, has had its atoms lined up so that all its positively charged atoms face one direction and all its negatively charged atoms face the opposite direction. This alignment of atoms is what transforms ordinary steel into an attracting magnet. Do you know how this alignment occurs? One way is to place ordinary steel in close proximity to a lodestone, one of Earth's natural magnets. The lodestone's strongly polarized atoms have a polarizing effect on nearby steel.

Most of us, like the ordinary lump of steel, are sending mixed messages to the universe, and as the reason being, we're confused about whom we truly are and what's important to us. In other words, what really we want and we don’t. We feel uncertain about our purpose in this life. We say one thing but believe another, don't we?

For example, you can refer to your daily prayers for anything. I mean whenever you pray for something, say for example, you pray in the morning, that, “Please lord, Today let me get my favorite job, let me get your blessings, I am going for the interview.” After leaving for the interview, you are continuously thinking (rather doubting yourself and also the blessings which you asked from the lord before leaving) about only the one thing, that “Really will I get through the interview today? Will I really get the job?” And as the result, you will definitely attract the negative result for you. It’s not a magic, but the simple science. The science of the law of attraction. It works this way only. If you doubt it and don’t trust it, then surely it is never going to work for you. Because, though you don’t want the negatives to happen with you, you continuously giving the negative commands only to the subconscious and as the result, it attracts the same for you in your life.


Thus, if we want to become powerful magnets, attracting more of what we enjoy into our lives, then we will need to have clear, positive, good feelings about ourselves. We can discover who we are and what we truly love by noticing what feels good. Then we can begin to accept ourselves with our personal set of preferences and act in ways that honor our core values. Core values are deeply embedded values that give us guidance by producing good feelings when we honor them and negative feelings when we don't. Honesty, kindness, loyalty, compassion, and goodness are all core values to name some.

Remove Negative Labels

BE WISE

Don't let others tell you what you can or cannot do!
Others might know you a little and based on their perception, only they will give you such so called "Labels" for you, which might be not true always. 
"Labels" are extremely powerful influences in our lives and at times can be proven as the most dangerous thing also for our life. because whether the positive labels or negative labels, both will impact your life in a significant amount. 

Therefore,  What labels are you wearing around that you need to let go of? 
  • Are you thinking according to labels that may have been placed on you that you are not good enough? 
  • Are you thinking that you are not smart enough? 
  • Are you thinking that you are not strong enough? 
  • Are you thinking that something is not possible for you???

That label which is preventing you from advancing and/or preventing you from being what you were put here on earth to fulfill can only stop you from reaching your full potential if you believe that you are not capable. 

Are you capable? Most certainly you are! 

You are more than enough, so as of today believe that you are not less than whoever has done it before. 

I strongly believe that : "experts can be wrong." They don’t know what God has placed in you. You are magnificent! You are incredible! You are amazing! You are capable of doing things in your best ways! You are more than stronger in every way! 

Take this into consideration. Whatever labels you are wearing around, be it positive or negative, you will become what that label is.

"People judge by outward appearance, but God looks at the heart."
The funny thing about labels is that they first begin from the outside and we then grow up believing what was said to us. The labels become tapes and then we internalize what they tell us about not being capable. Again, you are more than capable! You are a child of the most high! Therefore you must believe that. The sad part of it is that people that are close to you (the ones that should be there to encourage) often discourage you and are the ones who limit your growth. Sometimes our own near ones are guilty of doing so. As of today if you are reading this, I want you to believe that no matter what others have said about you, you have a choice if you will believe or not. Remember: You are capable! You are magnificent! You are a leader! You are here to leave your mark! The idea of you being lesser than magnificent is a myth.

Remember, you are not what people say you are. So don't let their negative labels hold you back. You are here to be the game changer. You are here to make a difference. You are talented. You are more than what others want to think!
You don't have to wear the labels others place on you, because they are not true. What is true is if you dwell on what was said about you that will eventually be you. STOP NOW and Focus on what you are and that is MAGNIFICENT, CAPABLE, UNIQUE, AWESOME and INCREDIBLE!

Choose your thoughts



Choose your thoughts wisely.

Almost all of us are not satisfied with what we have. In other words, we can say we desire always more than we have in our life, no matter what it is and how much it is.

Now, although we are wanting more and more from life, we always tend to think those things repeatedly what we don't want in our life in real. Or, about those things / situations what we never wish to happen in our life. I would term it as 'negative things/thoughts' .This is simply our thought process, or I would call it 'human thinking habit'. By following this tendency, we attract those things more in our life. This is because of the universal law, that is, The Law Of Attraction.

As we all know, there is abundance in the universe ( in terms of energy, things, situation whatever we call it). And it is equally available for everyone. Only your thinking habits or attitude or tendency makes you different from others.

The law of attraction does not know anything about good or bad, wanted or unwanted, positive or negative, etc... It just follow your thoughts and simply attract the things/situations in your life for you from the universe.


Now as much as you focus more on the things / situations (Whether positive or negative) , you are unknowingly simply giving commands to your subconscious mind and in turns the law of attraction applies on it.


So, as the result, you will get that thing / situation in your life. It may be possible, that it is not the situation or thing what you actually wished or wanted in your life. But, the reason you are having this currently is only that you have repeatedly thought or focused for that thing/situation.

So be wise while choosing your thoughts. If you really try to change your approach towards the things / situations in life, you can realise that there is always a positive side of every situation in life. And our goal should be focus on that positive side of it. It's simple.

So, start thinking about those things / situations repeatedly and practice this until you get it.

You will definitely realise at one point of time, how surprisingly ways became easy for you to achieve your desires.

Believe me, It works whether you believe it or not, whether  you know it or not.

Enjoy Positive life with all your goals or desires fulfilled.
